Recently my friend Henry Zonio was in town and visited with us for a couple days. Here's a former children's pastor who moved his family from Canada to the Bay Area to pursue higher education.

Exploring the Japanese Garden

Given that he's done a lot of the "touristy" city stuff before, we spent some time on a sunny June afternoon at the Chicago Botanic Garden, with special attention spent at their new Plant Science Building and the recently-opened Trellis Bridge. Good times.

We then tackled some mini golf action in the first matchup of our summer. It was a tough showdown, but I proved victorious in the end. And even better, I won a free game!
